Apple Store Gambling
I really miss an option to get invoices from purchases in iTunes/Appstore in PDF format. In my company we download and use apps and we have some subscriptions. We do get the invoices on email, but not some of them seem to be trapped in our spamfilter.
In‑store trade-in requires presentation of a valid, government-issued photo ID (local law may require saving this information). Since we are using an online digital accounting system, we send invoices/receipts in pdf format to our system. Since Apple does not send this in PDF format we have to manually print PDF and then send it in to our accounting system. And if the email is trapped in our spam filter, we need to log on to iTunes store, find the actual purchase there, take a screen shot (because printing from iTunes stor account is not possible), convert the screen shot to pdf and then send it in to our accounting system.
I've always admired Apple for their beautiful user-friendly solutions, but here I see a lack of usability. I believe there must be some other out there who would appreciate the possibility to get invoices/receipts in PDF-format..?
So Apple. It Would be great to know if you have any plans to improve this in the future?
